Short on time? A one-day childbirth class may be the perfect fit for you and your partner.
Sign up for Your Birthing Day - One Day Intensive Childbirth Class to get insight into the birthing process and learn how to navigate any given birth location. This class also incorporates the Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class.
You’ll gain useful tools a seasoned doula and childbirth educator to help you navigate through birth and those first few weeks of life with your newborn. Get answers to topics like:
- How can I prepare my body and baby for birth?
- What does labor look like?
- How can I cope with the intensity of birth?
- What are my options at birth?
- What does postpartum recovery REALLY look like?
- What does feeding my baby look like?
- What does life with a newborn look like?

I get it... learning in a group environment, especially when discussing the more vulnerable parts of birth, isn't for everyone. I offer private child birth education classes to families both in-person or virtually.
