In a 2-hour session we dive deep into these topics and help you be confident in your birth experience and transition to life with a newborn.
Meetings can be in-person at your home or virtually from the comfort of your home.
As your birth doula you receive:
As your virtual birth doula you can still expect the same level of support but from a distance. All meetings can take place via Zoom call and/or other virtual support platform.
You will continue to have support via email and text. You will still have access to my resources and referral network.

Whether this is your first or fourth baby, or you have multiples, it's difficult to determine how much support you will need. The postpartum doula packages listed below will help you get healthy routines started and offer multiple opportunities for you to ask questions and provides an extra set of supportive-hands to help adjust to a demanding new schedule, and give hands-on support with infant care and postpartum recovery. We can also customize a package based on each family's individual needs
